“If I was my own Mommy” Armadillo Spirit Animal
If I could choose to come back to Earth as a spirit animal mother, I would teach my baby that one of the safest methods of protection and self-defense is to roll oneself into a ball, especially a hard shell that can become completely armored against harm and attacks. The Armadillo Spirit Animal guides us on how to consciously define our own physical and emotional boundaries. When you feel something threatening or attacking you, imagine wearing an invisible Armadillo shield. This shield reflects who you are on the outside and what you will be on an unconscious level. You are strong and confident. Be happy for having such an amazing bodyguard to defend you and your spaces. You may have difficulty saying “no” and may be being taken for granted. Always be aware and learn to guard your personal space and allow others entry only when YOU want. Having said that, We should also remind ourselves that another way of our healing journey will be opening up and unlearning the patterns of self-protection that once kept us safe.
Hello, my name is Fariba Farsad. I was born in Iran where I grew up with my paternal grandparents. My grandfather, Abutorab Farsad, was the reason for my passion for painting and interest in arts. He was a lover of beauty and showed me how to look into the detail of the world going on around me. more
